Rates:

The following rental rate and fees are based on 7 nights,
Saturday to Saturday, and 2 adults per bedroom.  Rates vary
according to season, number of people in party and length of stay.

$1575 per week
$75 discount for check, cashier's check or cash (in person)
We are currently and for a limited time running a special of $1250 per week (check or
cash only) due to some construction nearby.  Please inquire!

one time $125 house cleaning fee
one time $75 hot tub cleaning fee
Non refundable pet cleaning fee if applicable:  $150
8% tax
$500 fully refundable security deposit
If renting less than two weeks in advance, home can be rented for less than one week.
Nightly rate is $325 (*$25 check/cash discount) with $75 combined house and hot tub cleaning 
fees, 8% tax, $250 refundable security deposit.

Note: Policies specific to Casa del Sol:

The property is on an aerobic waste water system. It is very sensitive and it is not permitted 
to dispose of anything through the drains other than human byproducts, toilet paper, soap, and 
non-corrosive liquids.  Leftover food is to be placed in the trashcan.  This policy should be 
strictly adhered to in order to keep the system working properly.

The Casa del Sol is comprised of two units, upper and lower.  The upper unit is the vacation
rental.  The lower unit is a one to two person computer programming office used during regular 
business hours.  The upper unit retains it's privacy as each unit has a separate exterior
entrance.  The lower unit cannot see into the upper unit and the hot tub cannot be seen from 
the driveway.  Your privacy will be maintained.  The office personnel in the lower unit are 
employed by the owner and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  You do not need to 
be quiet upstairs due to their presence.
